Year-Round: Easy Fruit Crisp

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Place your chosen fruit in a greased baking dish.
3. In a bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
4. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the fruit.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden and the fruit is bubbly.

- 3 cups of your choice of fruit (apples, berries, peaches, etc.)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme (optional)
