Summer: Fresh Tomato and Basil Bruschetta

Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, basil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 15-30 minutes.
2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place baguette slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and toast until golden.
3. Top the toasted baguette slices with the tomato mixture just before serving to keep the bread crisp.
